Rather than hire large numbers of employees to swell the ranks of SA, we intend to focus internally on the big picture by integrating the many diverse elements of the program, with the majority of detailed development, production and operation activities conducted by SA subcontractors. There is a tremendous wealth of companies with facilities and personnel qualified and eager to work for SA. Our exclusive ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights to the enabling technology allows us to contract out production of even the key elements of the architecture. We have already demonstrated our ability to successfully employ this approach, by engaging the world's leading aerospace firms in the progress we have made to date, including the design, manufacture and test of the key prototype propulsive and structural hardware.
